Data, Insight & Analytics
View profileHelp lead marketing analytics and shape data strategy for major campaigns.
Manage a talented modeller and performance analyst in a collaborative team.
Flexible, remote-first role with travel to Bristol (minimum 1-2 times monthly).
We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to take the reins with marketing analytics and insight. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding strategy through data-driven decisions. This is a strategic role focused on marketing effectiveness, econometric thinking and getting the most out of external modelling partners. You’ll manage a small team and influence how marketing spend delivers maximum impact.
What you’ll be doing
Taking a data-led approach, you’ll lead test-and-learn initiatives, helping marketing teams refine their approach and improve return on investment. You’ll manage a small team of two, setting direction and ensuring work is aligned to business priorities. You’ll own the analytics strategy for marketing performance, ensuring campaigns are optimised across digital, TV and social channels. Day-to-day, you’ll analyse media spend, uncover trends and provide actionable insights that shape future investment.
You’ll take ownership of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), working closely with an external supplier to shape outputs, challenge assumptions and ensure insights are commercially valuable. Rather than building models yourself, your focus will be on interpreting modelling outputs, validating results and translating them into clear business recommendations. You’ll act as the link between technical modelling and commercial decision-making.
This is a highly collaborative role. You’ll work closely with marketing teams, external media agencies and senior stakeholders, presenting clear, practical recommendations that drive measurable results. You’ll also support the wider evolution of analytics, including exposure to AI, machine learning and new tools being introduced by the team. Up for something new?

It’s a social, friendly environment with regular team events and opportunities to give back through charity initiatives. This is a chance to make a real impact in a business that values insight and innovation.
