This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, innovative and award winning bio-tech start up based in London. The successful candidate will lead on all outgoing marketing and communications activities.
What you’ll be doing
The postholder will report into the Head of Commercial Development and they will work closely with the Founder. This position will be initially a standalone marketing role where the successful postholder will be responsible for creating the strategy as well as working on a hands on basis. My Client is very well known within their niche but now they want to spread their wings and raise brand awareness among the wider community. Day to day tasks will involve brand management, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email and social), content creation (blog posts, podcast, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, videos), campaign management and thought leadership strategy, market research, events management and budget management.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Previous experience working as a similar role for a scientific brand.
- Marketing, graphics or writing based degree.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced working environment.
- Natural commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Willingness working as a sole marketer.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
A starting salary of £30-40k is on offer + benefits and proven track record of regular salary reviews from as early as three months of being employed. This role will be fully office based in the first month and then offers a hybrid model where the majority of the days will be based in the office.
