If you’re an experienced PMO Manager who enjoys creating structure, improving visibility and enabling teams to work effectively, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. Working within a growing AI, Automation and Digital function, you’ll establish strong project governance, coordinate multiple initiatives and help teams stay aligned as the capability continues to expand. What you’ll be doing
As PMO Manager (AI & Automation), you’ll play a central role in supporting the successful operation of a growing technology function. You’ll create and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring initiatives have clear plans, ownership, timelines and reporting structures. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, tax specialists, project owners and senior stakeholders to provide visibility across multiple workstreams. You’ll track progress, risks, dependencies and resource requirements, helping teams identify challenges early and maintain momentum. You’ll support Agile ways of working where appropriate, including facilitating collaboration across teams and helping create realistic project plans based on available resources, priorities and technical requirements.
This is a hands-on PMO role where you’ll bring organisation, coordination and insight. You’ll help improve ways of working, establish effective processes and ensure leadership has the information needed to make informed decisions.
