Hybrid Working - 2-3 p/week in the office.

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join a super exciting agency based in Bristol. You’ll join a team of talented performance marketers and support the PPC activity across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads for clients within the eCommerce, travel, and B2B sectors. This is a super hands-on role, and you should love getting into the nitty gritty of PPC! This is an exciting opportunity to develop your existing skills within a supportive team and we would love to hear from anyone with experience in a similar Paid Search Executive or PPC Executive position.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Performance Marketing campaigns focusing on Paid Search campaigns across Meta Ads, Bing Ads and Google Ads. It would be great if you have experience within Paid Social and/or display too, but not essential!
  • Be super hands-on in managing PPC campaigns day-to-day across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign vision, scope, and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Effectively manage and allocate paid media budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to prioritize tasks and offer optimization guidance.
  • Keep abreast of latest paid media trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead client discussions and presentations on campaign strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Experience you’ll need

  • Experience in a similar PPC-focused position, ideally within an agency environment. Proven ability to achieve positive ROI across PPC campaigns.
  • Confident in forecasting and managing paid media budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Paid Search, additional display and paid social experience would be nice to have!
  • An analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
