View profileShape the creative strategy of a global in-house agency.
Work with cutting-edge tech within an innovative team.
Flexible benefits, medical insurance, and hybrid working.
A client of ours with a market-leading in-house agency is looking for someone who can design across channels and move their flourishing team forward. They are seeking a Principal Creative – a strategic design expert looking for a role where they can support with major projects, bring ambitious concepts to life, and deliver boundary-pushing results for global clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
The team comprises over 90 practitioners globally, across graphic designers, UI/UX designers, web developers, visualisers and more. They collaborate with renowned clients, delivering world-class, innovative solutions across a range of touchpoints. The successful practitioner will be an individual with a strong proficiency for design – an art director, creative lead, or design lead with experience working in an agency environment.
Your role would involve thinking strategically and analytically about bringing projects to the next level, working directly with clients to seek new solutions to difficult problems. With a holistic approach, you will be leading projects from brief through to delivery, proposing exciting concepts and working with your team to produce amazing results. While you will be working hands-on on some projects, you will also be building, leading, and delegating to project teams, and working with remote teams to ensure the quality of work is maintained.
Analysis of processes will be a significant part of this role, exploring how briefs are led, how they’re challenged, and how they’re delivered. This is the right position for someone keen to push forward the creative vision of a large company, expand opportunities with existing and new clients, and lead on major design projects.
