Product Lead

Product Lead role to join a B Corp tech business based in the South West. You’ll be shaping the product strategy driving value for clients, transforming ideas in to results.

What you’ll be doing
As a Product Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering value to clients and their users. You’ll be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll have responsibility for running and facilitating workshops to understand client’s businesses, pain points, ambitions and user requirements via their discovery process. Taking business requirements, business challenges, user needs, research to transform them into a build ready backlog items and supporting materials.

During build, you’ll define sprint goals, prioritising and managing the backlog, ensuring that value is being delivered while also ensuring sprint workload is achievable inline with the resource.

Discovery and build projects, you will work closely with accounts managers and clients in order to identify additional opportunities via customer roadmaps, enhancements, consultancy and training.

What experience you’ll need

• Previous experience in a product role; as a Product Manager, Product Lead or Senior Product Manager.
• Experience in leading product discovery and strategy development.
• Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Application of product thinking and management techniques in complex situations.
• Firm on product principles while remaining adaptable.
• Strong grasp of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
