We’re looking for an experienced Production Logistics Manager to manage production timelines, budgets, and logistics for high-profile exhibition and live event projects. You’ll ensure every detail meets specification, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver projects on time and on budget. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and organizational skills will make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing As Production Logistics Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and contractors. You’ll agree technical specifications for production across carpentry, metalwork, glass, acrylics, and signage. You’ll schedule production to meet shipping and installation deadlines, source supplier estimates, and control costs to align with project budgets.
You’ll manage goods-in checks, assess delivered parts for quality, and resolve issues early. You’ll keep stock systems updated and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external suppliers. Logistics will be key coordinating secure transportation and handling customs documentation for international projects.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a production or logistics role (Technical Project Manager, Production Manager).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and CAD.
  • Understanding of materials and construction techniques (carpentry, metalwork, glass, acrylics, signage).
  • Skilled at sourcing estimates and managing budgets.
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook); SketchUp or AutoCAD experience advantageous.
  • Full passport, driving licence, and ability to travel when required (reasonable accommodations available).
