Opportunity to work for an award-winning agency working with leading brands!

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join a leading integrated agency with bases across the UK. As Senior Paid Media Executive, you will work with the wider team to create and manage Paid Search marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2C clients across a variety of sectors. You’ll support with all things Paid Search from strategy through to campaign creation and campaign management. What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting keyword research and leveraging search trends to enhance campaign insights.
  • Developing and optimizing search campaigns in line with strategic goals.
  • Identifying performance gaps and suggesting improvements.
  • Enhancing user experience across the paid search journey to boost campaign results.
  • Creating and presenting media plans and end-of-campaign reports.
  • Leading client engagements with insightful performance analysis.
  • Providing support and insights to both client and internal teams.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest search marketing trends to inform our strategies.
  • Implementing paid search strategies and contributing insights to account and planning teams to support client projects.
  • Managing financial aspects of campaigns and collaborating with third-party suppliers.

Experience you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a similar Paid Search Executive role, ideally in an agency environment with B2C and B2B experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Search with a proven track record of improving campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in core paid search tools such as Ads Editor, Search Term Reports, Keyword Planner, and forecasts.
  • Good understanding of keyword optimization, ad copy, extensions, and bid strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey with the ability to make insightful recommendations.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data sets to detect optimisation opportunities and apply them.
  • Strong passion for Digital Performance Marketing and a desire for career growth.
