Senior Digital Project Manager

A well-established eCommerce agency is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join its expanding delivery team. This Senior Digital Project Manager position offers the opportunity to own the delivery of complex eCommerce projects for a portfolio of well-known brands while working alongside talented developers, designers and client services professionals. As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, building trusted client relationships and helping drive best practice across delivery.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you’ll manage multiple eCommerce development projects from discovery through to launch. You’ll own project planning, budgeting, resource management, stakeholder communication and delivery oversight, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with client objectives.

Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll facilitate Agile delivery processes, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate resources and provide clear project reporting. You’ll be a central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality outcomes while balancing timelines, budgets and scope. The Senior Digital Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the evolution of delivery processes as the agency continues to grow.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Previous experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, eCommerce Project Manager or similar.
• Proven experience working within an eCommerce agency or digital agency environment.
• Experience delivering complex eCommerce and web development projects.
• Strong project budgeting, forecasting and resource planning experience.
• Experience delivering projects on Magento / Adobe Commerce.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage scope, budget, timelines and quality.
