Senior Pricing Developer
Fully Remote

I’m currently working with one of the UK’s largest global insurers. They are looking to onboard a Senior Pricing Developer, to be at the forefront of their mission to enhance pricing capabilities. Collaborating with multiple teams across the business including Group Pricing, Data, and Underwriting, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge pricing models using Radar software.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and deployment of Radar models to price business effectively.
  • Producing in-depth analysis to understand the impact of price changes from both business and customer perspectives.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative pricing structures and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Managing the migration of pricing models onto the Radar Live platform.
  • Sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices within the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Contributing to project planning and participating in Agile ceremonies to drive efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ experience in general insurance pricing.
  • Proficiency in Radar pricing software is essential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SAS, Python, R, and SQL – full upskilling is available for all of these tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in managing multiple work requests and collaborating with project managers.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
