Senior Project Manager / Producer | Experiential Projects across Fashion and Music Clients

An amazing opportunity for a Project Manager / Account Manager to join an innovative Production Studio based in London. This agency are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to nurture client relationships and successfully deliver their complex projects.
 
This Production Studio work on a range of projects within experimental marketing, across VR, AR, Lighting, Audio Visual, Immersive Technology, OOH, Installation and more. They have worked with huge global names within the Fashion, Music, Sports and Festival industries.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
As a core part of the senior team, you will be the linchpin between the agency and their clients. You will be client facing, engaging with clients to understand their needs and foster meaningful relationships. You will also be gathering post project feedback from clients to refine the delivery process. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in developing pitches and captivating potential clients.
 
As project manager you will oversee multiple projects at one time, working end to end, ensuring seamless delivery within budget. You will be working on the project from ideation, translating briefs into project plans and collaborating with internal teams to make these happen and allocating resource.
 
Experience you’ll need to apply…
 

• Previous experience as either a Project Manager, Account Manager, Producer or Production Manager, gained agency side, preferably with a history of working with agencies, brands, and cultural institutions.
• A track record of seamlessly delivering £100k+ projects on time and within budget.
• You will have strong communication skills, whether in team discussions or client presentations.
• Familiarity of immersive technologies / audio visual is a bonus but not essential.
• Proficient at managing multiple tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• As a keen team player you are not afraid to get stuck in and help the team out. You are not scared to bring in new ideas and improve processes, and you enjoy the challenge!
