Senior SEO Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with client objectives and deliver tangible results across multiple industry sectors
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site performance
• Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive organic visibility
• Optimise on-page and off-page SEO elements working closely with the wider performance marketing team
• Analyse performance data and produce detailed reports, presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain innovative, cutting-edge strategies
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the growth of the SEO function
• Collaborate with PPC, Paid Social, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated campaign performance

Experience You’ll Need

• 2+ years’ solid SEO experience with proven track record in agency or in-house environment
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including site auditing, crawling, indexing, and structured data
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven approach to performance optimisation
• Confident communication skills with ability to present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Proactive approach with passion for staying current with SEO best practices
