Senior UI/UX Designer

The successful Product Designer will play a central role in driving innovation and raising design standards across the platform.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end design process, turning complex user and business requirements into intuitive, engaging experiences. With experience working on B2B SaaS products or data visualisation tools, you’ll create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes that solve real customer problems and support business objectives.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and two other UX/UI Designers, you’ll help shape product strategy from concept through to launch. You’ll validate ideas through research, prototyping and usability testing, ensuring every design decision is grounded in user insight. You will also have an excellent eye for visual design, producing functional, appealing user interfaces while evolving a scalable design system.

Joining a forward-thinking technology startup, you’ll stay ahead of emerging technologies, accessibility standards and UX best practice while exploring innovative ways to use AI and modern design tools to improve the product development process.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with at least 5 years’ commercial experience.
• Previous experience working on SaaS products, ideally within B2B environments.
• Excellent knowledge of User-Centred Design principles and advanced Figma skills.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centred design across web and responsive applications.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing and rapid prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and accessibility.
• Experience creating, developing and managing design systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks and experience working alongside Angular development teams would be beneficial.
