We’re looking for an SEO Manager to join a long-standing client of ours, a leading eCommerce brand with offices in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEO professional looking to make a significant impact within a data-driven, innovative organisation. This role would suit someone who has already gained solid experience as an SEO Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar SEO-focused position.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Digital and work closely with Content, Development, and Analytics teams. The purpose of this role is to own and drive the organic search strategy across multiple UK domains, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.
You’ll be responsible for developing comprehensive SEO roadmaps whilst managing relationships with external agencies and consultants. As SEO Manager, you will lead technical SEO initiatives, working closely with the development team to implement site improvements and performance optimisations. A key part of the role involves building content strategies and identifying new growth opportunities through data analysis. As SEO Manager, you’ll also focus on contributing to the wider digital marketing strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a super talented SEO team within a well known D2C brand with a global presence. If you’re an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar with a background in Ecommerce, we’d love to hear from you.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Strong technical SEO background with experience in site migrations, international SEO, or large-scale implementations
  • Proficiency with enterprise SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or junior team members
  • Commercial mindset with ability to connect SEO activities to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

What you’ll get in return for your experience

A competitive salary up to £50k plus excellent benefits package, comprehensive pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a market-leading brand in a supportive, progressive environment.
