You’ll create and manage SEO campaigns, work closely with content and technical teams, and build strong client relationships. As an SEO Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving measurable growth while helping evolve the agency’s organic offering.

What you’ll be doing
As an SEO Manager, you’ll develop and execute SEO strategies that align with client goals and deliver tangible results. You’ll manage multiple campaigns, ensuring consistent performance across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.

You’ll carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits, turning insights into clear, actionable plans. You’ll collaborate with content, development, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Alongside delivery, you’ll manage client relationships, present performance updates, and provide clear recommendations. You’ll also contribute to internal process improvements and explore opportunities across AI search, automation, and emerging platforms.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience delivering SEO campaigns across multiple clients or projects in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience managing client relationships and communicating strategies effectively.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in AI, automation, or evolving search behaviours.

What you’ll get in return for your experience
You’ll receive a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This includes flexible working arrangements, structured career development, and access to training and learning resources. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that encourages growth, knowledge sharing, and new ideas.

There is a clear pathway for progression, with the opportunity to develop into a senior leadership role over time. Reasonable adjustments and accommodations are available throughout the recruitment process and within the role where needed.
