Physical design solutions for major wayfinding projects

Support international luxury hospitality clients.

Join an award-winning design team with over 30 years of history.

A renowned London design consultancy is seeking a technically focused Product Designer with experience in signage and wayfinding to join its award-winning graphics team. Working on a range of high-spec international environments, the role offers the chance to bring signage and wayfinding systems to life through expert detailing, materials knowledge, and a deep understanding of form and function.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will be a technical wayfinding specialist who can use their understanding of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to bring design concepts to life. The role will focus on developing signage and wayfinding designs, translating strategic intent into physical outcomes that are both beautiful and buildable.

You’ll work closely with in-house creatives, interior designers, and external collaborators – such as architects, fabricators, and engineers – to produce detailed drawing packages, 3D models, prototypes, and material specifications. The work spans multiple multi-faceted international projects, often within the hospitality and leisure sectors.

This is a senior-level position, offering the chance to own your projects technically, advise on materials and finishes, lead supplier engagement, and ensure design integrity through to installation. It’s ideal for someone with a background in product or industrial design and a passion for how storytelling translates into space.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience in product, signage, or architectural graphics design
  • Track record delivering fabrication-ready design packages
  • Skilled in SolidWorks, Rhino, Revit or similar 3D CAD software; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • In-depth understanding of materials and production techniques (metal, wood, acrylic etc.)
  • Experience with prototyping, sampling and on-site installation
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate across disciplines and with external teams
  • Attention to detail and a drive for technical excellence

What you’ll get in return for your experience

The studio offers the chance to work on creatively rich projects for globally recognised luxury clients. You’ll work alongside a talented team, delivering unique design solutions in a supportive and dynamic setting. On top of this, benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, learning and development courses, hybrid working from a central London office, and a thriving company social culture.
