Join a well-established London eCommerce agency as Project Manager.

Lead new website development projects with leading brands.

Enjoy flexible and remote working, in the London office once a week.

Delighted to share this wonderful opportunity for a Project Manager with eCommerce agency experience to join a well respected and high performing London based agency to lead new build projects with household name clients.

What you’ll be doing

As my client has enjoyed another successful year to date, they are looking to bolster their already sizeable team with a Project Manager to ensure work life balance remains intact, and ensure the delivery of projects on time, budget and scope. After a well thought out integration and onboarding process where you have time to meet your colleagues and truly understand their ways of working, tools and systems, you will have ownership of brand-new eCommerce website development builds which you will lead from briefing to completion. Upon successful handover of these projects to the aftercare/retained team you will have the opportunity to lead a pod, utilising an agile scrum methodology, where your role and responsibilities will expand gaining positive exposure throughout the business and in line with progression/promotion openings.

Typically my client works on medium to large scale projects from BAU and retained work to new builds and integrations, with an impressive client base spanning all sectors and industries. As Project Manager you will play a role in all areas of the business, working cross functionally with technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders and good performance will tie in with ongoing training and development, performance, and salary reviews for career progression.

Overall, my client is a key player in the eCommerce agency world, and a reputation built on delivering successful projects consistently to a high quality. Such a reputation isn’t achievable without hiring talented people in the eCommerce space and ensuring that a collaborative, progressive culture is in place with high retention. A great place to build a career in eCommerce.

What experience you’ll need

  • Experience as a Project Manager (or similar) in an eCommerce agency.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify or BigCommerce for example is ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of project planning tools such as JIRA, Google Analytics, Payment Gateways, ERP Solutions etc.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, long term in a pod structure.
  • Desire to learn, progress and develop your skills.
  • Must be able to work from the London office once a week.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

A competitive salary with a fair bonus structure, remote and flexible working options, a path to career progression and superb onboarding process with a focus on regular socials!
