Senior Product Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Product Manager for a leading tech for good software company driving innovation in clean energy solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the clean energy movement while working with a passionate and collaborative team across the globe.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering user feedback, defining product features, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that product enhancements align with strategic goals. You will play a vital role in shaping a global clean energy software product, collaborating with UX and development teams to deliver impactful, user-centred solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the delivery of the product strategy and ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
• Gathering and synthesising user feedback to inform product recommendations and drive enhancements.
• Collaborating with strategic partners to understand their needs and develop tailored product solutions.
• Producing detailed product enhancement requirements and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Leading the documentation of business requirements and ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Working closely with the UI/UX team to ensure designs meet product standards and are both technically feasible and commercially viable.
• Conducting gap analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on requirements and managing scope.

What experience you’ll need:

• Proven experience in product management, either as a Product Manager or Product Lead.
• Strong strategic product management experience.
• A passion for understanding users and helping them succeed through innovative product design.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
