What a career or job in digital project management may entail…
Often reporting to a Digital Director or Project Director, you'll be responsible for scoping, production of project documentation, such as statements of work, project plans, and estimates & quotations, and you’ll be working with a variety of individuals internally, from Designers to Front End Developers, ultimately the work can be extremely varied.
 
As a Digital Project Director, you'll take charge of project delivery for a group of high profile clients, delivering complex and innovative solutions spanning large scale website design and build or CMS development projects. Naturally, you'll have a background in managing big budgets whether that's coming from a range of clients from an agency background or working in-house. You'll be used to taking complete ownership of project delivery and playing a key part in the leadership team of an agency, leading a team and managing the overall strategy for clients ensuring all projects are on time and budget.

Salary Benchmarks
At an entry level, junior/graduate Digital Project Managers on average will be earning between £18k-£25k. At mid-level you’d be looking to earn £25k-£35k and seniors would be looking to earn £40k+.

Opportunity to lead a team.  Reporting to the COO, the Technical Client Success Director will be responsible for all strategic business integrations and lead the customer success team. What you’ll be doing  You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business’ products, platform and tracking. Leveraging customer knowledge, existing technical expertise and affiliate marketing insights, you will work with your team to ensure overall adoption of the company’s solutions, to drive greater business value and customer satisfaction. You will own the implementation and adoption of new features related to the company API to drive performance. You will develop strategic long-term relationships with a portfolio of new and existing partners who require technical support. You will ensure processes are in place so that all clients are connected with the right resources for assistance and provide a structure of escalation points, to resolve unexpected issues and technical related queries in a timely manner.You will be responsible for delivering both internal and external technical documentation for the business including but not limited to; Integration manuals, API guides, technical support material. The role will also require you to support the Sales lead and Global Head of Growth with RFP’s and technical related specs.What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience describing and explaining web based technologies and forms of communication. Technical integrations experience, and a detailed understanding of web- based technologies including but not limited to HTML, JS, RESTful APIs.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience. Strong presentation skills and the ability to encourage and drive adoption of products being developed with key partners. Ability to effectively lead a team and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
