We are working with an exciting client within the SaaS industry who is seeking a talented Bid Manager to join their esteemed enterprise software company.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Translate technical information into clear, concise proposals with support from cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in submissions of RFIs, PQQs, RFPs, and ITTs within specified timelines.
  • Manage the entire bid process from initiation to submission, maintaining meticulous document control throughout.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of tender requirements.
  • Proofread and refine content to align with our company’s informal yet informative style.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of other sales materials as required.
