I’m delighted to be representing a fantastic client of ours– an established Bristol brand – with recruitment of a Digital Producer vacancy. This role will have an emphasis on creating content which will be distributed predominantly via social media channels. With that in mind this role would be a good match for someone who has already gained some experience as Social Media Specialist or Digital Content Specialist.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Director of Digital this role will sit within the wider marketing team. The purpose of the role is to produce and publish content across social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube) as well as my Client’s website. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll support product launches, live events, and campaigns with standout content that resonates with audiences. You’ll monitor performance, optimise posts, and use analytics to drive engagement and growth, while keeping websites and digital channels fresh and up to date. A key part of the role will be community engagement – responding to comments, highlighting user-generated content, and helping to build a fun, active online presence. You’ll also keep an eye on trends and new platforms, ensuring content stays relevant and innovative. This is a varied, creative role that blends hands-on content production with campaign management and performance analysis- perfect for someone passionate about digital storytelling and audience engagement.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience working in a similar role preferably for a media/ creative organisation.
  • Proficient in using Instagram, TikTok Facebook and X and YouTube.
  • Strong social media copy-writing skills, with the ability to adapt your style to fit with the house tone of voice.
  • Confident content creator who is familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Premiere and Photoshop.
  • Confident capturing audio visual content suitable for publishing on digital and social channels
  • Good organisational, administrative and communication skills, with an excellent eye for detail.
  • A good team player, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
