Newly created role and chance to make a huge impact.
Great salary, company car and other great benefits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Marketing Manager to join a leading business in the Agriculture, Machinery/Automotive and Engineering space.
They’re well established and very profitable, whilst also being a family-run business so you’ll benefit from the stability of a well-run business and good budgets to play with, whilst also being part of a highly collaborative, close-knit team. Although they have hundreds of employees, it’s the sort of business where you’ll be cared for and properly looked after by the CEO and leadership team.
This role will likely be 4 days per week in one of the offices for the first 6 months or so, with one of those days needing to be based in the Gloucestershire area.
The other 3 days can be spend out of one of the other locations (mostly concentrated around the South West/Midlands area) based on what makes best sense given the Marketing Manager’s home location.

You’ll manage a team of three and play a leading role in taking the marketing to the next level across a collection of brands and industry verticals.
The Marketing Manager role will be both strategic and a doing role, with agency support and the support of 3 Marketing Execs each with a different skillset. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can develop the rest of the team as well as developing first-class marketing campaigns and collateral.
There is a need to collaborate with stakeholders across the business outside of marketing too – including Sales teams, third party suppliers/agencies, product teams, aftercare teams, manufacturers/OEMs so there will be travel as part of the role with most of the office based in the South West of the UK. A company car will be provided as part of the package.
