This is a great opportunity to join a great Client of ours, an established national charity based in the West Country offering a mainly remote working model. There are two vacancies currently available, one with an emphasis on acquisition and the other on retention. Those vacancies will be a great match for candidates who are already gained some experience as a Direct Marketing Executive, Campaign Officer, Individual Giving Officer or worked for a marketing agency specializing in direct response campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Individual Giving Manager and they will work closely with Data team, Marketing team and external agencies and suppliers. The role focusing on acquisition will mainly look after email and social media campaigns. The role focusing on retention will mainly focus on direct mail and email. Both roles are fairly analytical and will have exposure to multiple stakeholder management.

What experience you’ll need to apply

● Previous experience managing direct response across email or direct mail.
● Excellent stakeholder management skills.
● Analytical and results driven.
● Ability and willingness to travel within South of England once per month.
● Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
