We’re working on behalf of a leading organisation to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of the marketing strategy for a key product area. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across product, digital, and analytics to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Marketing Manager, the role leads the development and execution of the marketing strategy for a specific product area. It involves managing end-to-end campaigns – from planning and delivery to performance analysis – ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to optimising customer journeys and improving conversion rates. The position also includes conducting market and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging, while ensuring all communications remain compliant and on-brand. Acting as the subject matter expert for the product’s marketing, the role advises internal stakeholders and helps shape the broader marketing approach. Monitoring KPIs, reporting on campaign effectiveness, and delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement are also central responsibilities.
