eCommerce Coordinator opportunity.

Role in North Wiltshire (accessible by car only).

Break in to the world of eCommerce!

We’re working with a much-loved eCommerce business that’s known for its beautiful, sustainable lifestyle products and creative online presence. With a strong focus on quality, customer experience and growing digital channels, they’re looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support their growing web team.

What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the website trading function. You’ll help make sure everything on site looks and feels right—from uploading new products and managing listings, to checking promotions, pricing and presentation.

You’ll play a part in delivering the online trading calendar, liaising with merchandisers and buyers, and supporting with new launches and seasonal changes. Attention to detail will be key—whether that’s updating copy and imagery, checking stock statuses, or reviewing how changes on the site affect sales.

There’s an opportunity here to get stuck into how eCommerce works behind the scenes, with exposure to areas like analytics, campaign performance, customer journeys and working with external web agencies.

What experience you’ll need

  • This role would suit someone early in their eCommerce career—maybe a recent grad, or someone with some previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce or project management.
  • You’ll need a keen eye for detail, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and confidence managing tasks that require accuracy and coordination.
  • A competitive, curious mindset and interest in how digital retail works would go a long way.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and updating content—some experience with Excel would be helpful.
  • You don’t need to have worked in eCommerce before, but some exposure to retail, Shopify, or digital environments would be a bonus.
  • A driving licence and access to a car is essential.

What you’ll get in return for your talents
This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving digital business with a great culture and strong values. This role is a hybrid role, the salary is £23K – £26K and benefits include your birthday off, private medical, staff discount and an opportunity to develop your eCommerce career with a team that will support and mentor you.
