We’ve partnered with a fast-growing, design-led luxury brand with big plans. Backed by an established parent company and known for their focus on sustainability and craftsmanship, they’re on a mission to scale their digital presence globally. With a brand-new site and an ambitious vision, they’re now on the lookout for an experienced eCommerce Manager to take ownership of trading, CX, and site performance.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to for all things eCommerce — running the Shopify Plus site day-to-day, owning conversion rate optimisation, managing content updates, and delivering a best-in-class customer journey from homepage through to checkout. Working closely with marketing, design, and fulfilment teams, you’ll ensure that new products, seasonal campaigns, and launches go live smoothly — optimising how they look and perform online. You’ll also lead the charge on testing, UX improvements, and roadmap planning.
Beyond the site, you’ll help steer email automation, reporting, and longer-term retention strategies — with full visibility across performance and the freedom to experiment, test, and iterate as you grow the channel.
