About our Growth Marketing Manager role

With ambitious plans to scale in multiple markets, this is a brilliant opportunity for a user acquisition expert who has cut their teeth in the B2C tech startup space. Working alongside our Marketing Lead, you’ll have a sizable impact on our growth with a strong focus on experimentation and optimisation across our paid and organic growth levers.

The successful postholder will:

  • Work closely with our Marketing Lead to devise and execute compelling user growth strategies.
  • Sustainably scale our pup owner audience in the UK and US as well as other global markets, collaborating with other key functions to ensure a seamless experience for the end user.
  • Deeply understand our core target audience to successfully create engaging and original content for key channels.
  • Help to source and manage relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Support the implementation of organic search initiatives alongside our agency partner, Blue Array.
  • Evaluate performance against our core objectives and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Continue to drive a culture of experimentation to reach and engage our markets effectively.
  • Share recommendations on best practices for tracking and attribution, particularly within the app ecosystem.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • A passion for dogs and our mission is essential – even better if you’re a proud puppy parent!
  • A strong background in the B2C mobile app startup space.
  • Specialist and operational experience across core growth marketing channels including paid social, paid search, influencers, ASO, SEO, and affiliates
  • You’re fluent across a range of marketing tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, Mixpanel, App Store, and Play Store consoles.
  • Superb project management skills and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Well-versed in OKRs and North Star metrics. Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative datasets.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for experimenting, testing, and optimising acquisition channels.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of data privacy regulations including SKAN, Privacy Sandbox, and cookies
  • You’re constantly looking to develop your skillset, stay ahead of industry trends, and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency or proficiency in major European languages are a plus.
