Dorset role, commutable from Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing premium FMCG brand as they look to hire a Head of eCommerce to lead their digital growth. With ambitious plans for UK and international expansion, this is a brilliant opportunity to shape strategy while still being close to day-to-day trading.

Alongside supporting peak trading periods (especially Christmas and Easter), you’ll play a strategic role in new site launches across Europe and the US, and help build out future subscription models. The brand team and in-house designer will support creative, while you’ll bring the commercial and digital expertise to drive performance.

This role is based in the office and would suit someone who enjoys working closely with a wider team and understands the value of being embedded in the day-to-day brand experience.

What experience you’ll need

  • Senior-level eCommerce experience, ideally within D2C or FMCG as a Senior eCommerce Manager or Head of eCommerce.
  • Strong trading experience and an ability to plan and execute the online customer journey.
  • Confident managing budgets, KPIs and reporting performance.
  • Magento 2 experience and knowledge of how to brief and manage platform development.
  • Familiar with Klaviyo and customer retention techniques.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working with agencies and confidence making small front-end updates in HTML.
  • Bonus if you’ve supported international launches or subscription models.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary up to £80k depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • Staff discount.
  • A key role in building the future of a brand with real momentum.
