Join our client as an Internal Communications Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in championing the firm’s multi-channel Internal Communications Strategy. Based in Bristol, this part-time role (21-28 hours per week) offers the flexibility you need to excel in your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Do?

  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager to develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with the firm’s corporate vision and brand.
  • Take charge of managing key communication channels like the intranet and office screens, finding innovative ways to engage employees.
  • Oversee the production and content creation for internal communications, including newsletters and leadership bulletins.
  • Coordinate strategic internal events, providing guidance to senior leadership on planning and execution.
  • Craft and edit high-quality communication content, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone-of-voice.
  • Work closely with the People team to enhance employer branding, talent initiatives, and internal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with employee networks to effectively schedule and communicate their initiatives.
  • Establish and manage metrics for communication channel effectiveness, using data insights to refine strategies.

What we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience in internal communications, with a successful track record in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing skills, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including senior management.
  • Expertise in coordinating and managing internal events, coupled with proficient project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, utilising data insights to shape and refine communication strategies.
