We’re looking for a highly organised and skills Knowledge Base & Content Manager to create and maintain multiple client knowledge bases, maintain roadmaps and develop content. The ideal candidate will also have responsibility for the company’s online presence by sharing engaging content across company platforms and socials. This is a new role into the business due to growth and would suit someone with strong knowledge base experience looking for a new challenge.

What you’ll be doing

As the Knowledge Base & Content Manager, you will work within the commercial team and report directly to the business development director.

You will be responsible for creating and managing multiple client knowledge bases, ensuring that each one is customised to meet the individual needs making sure they are relevant, accurate and user friendly. You’ll also work with SMEs to extract specific information and shape it into a clear brand voice which is easy for stakeholders to understand and meet strict quality requirements.

It will be your job to keep up to date with the roadmaps for key technology suppliers to share with internal teams and then inform clients of the implications when using the CRM system.

You’ll also develop and implement a content strategy for sharing relevant and engaging articles on social media and other public-facing platforms making sure that all the content is on brand.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least two years of experience in knowledge base management and content creation
  • Confident in digesting technical information and presenting it in a clear way
  • Proficient use in knowledge base systems such as Confluence, Zendesk or Notion
  • Understanding of CRM systems – preferably Hubspot
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Good team player who can build relationships
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients
