We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to join an award-winning digital agency specialising in travel & experiences and high consideration products. Working with some fantastic brands across complex consumer buying journeys, you’ll have the opportunity to own paid search strategy on truly inspiring accounts.

You’ll manage a handful of accounts focused on Google Ads, allowing you to dedicate proper time to driving real growth alongside existing paid social campaigns. From full-funnel search strategy to analysis and optimisation, you’ll work more like a strategy consultant than a traditional SEM manager. If you’re an experienced Paid Search professional with strong Google Ads expertise who loves the sound of working with premium, high-consideration brands, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading paid search strategy and execution for high-consideration products, managing Google Ads campaigns that go well beyond standard approaches.
  • Taking a full-funnel approach to complex consumer buying journeys, supporting clients where paid social is often the main growth driver.
  • Working within dedicated two-person client teams alongside project management and paid social specialists.
  • Providing strategic input and analysis for sophisticated, high-consideration purchase decisions.
  • Growing into owning the entire paid search ‘department’ and building your own team as the role develops.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years professional experience running Google Ads across several different industries, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Small agency experience with the versatility to handle both smaller budgets and larger responsibilities.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C SEM strategies, with proven audience analysis and channel performance optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, UTM building and related tracking technologies.
  • Both analytical and creative thinking

What you’ll get in return

£40-55k salary depending on experience, fully remote working with team abroad and  excellent benefits package including £500 home office setup!
