Junior PPC Manager

As PPC Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms for a diverse range of clients. This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive team in North Devon, where you’ll receive hands-on training and develop your paid media expertise in a dynamic agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the setup, management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
• Write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and support ongoing optimisation
• Create client reports and extract meaningful insights from campaign data
• Manipulate and analyse data using advanced Excel
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes and industry trends
• Collaborate with wider digital team members to deliver integrated campaigns
• Support the team with ad hoc projects and campaign tasks

• Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft persuasive ad copy
• Genuine curiosity about human behaviour and digital interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
• Well-organised, efficient and able to meet tight deadlines
• Team player who’s willing to support colleagues and work under pressure
• Understanding of the role digital plays in a client’s business
