Project Manager

What you’ll be doing

As Project Manager you will be a key part of a successful and growing team, providing knowledge and skill to ensure that all Shopify based projects run smoothly. Reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager and Agency Directors, you will work closely with a talented and friendly in-house team comprising Analysts and Developers to Creatives and Designers.
My client specialises in growing D2C brands and true innovators offering bespoke solutions to each client’s pain points and ensuring that websites are technically astute but with sleek design and a real focus on CX/UX. With this in mind you’ll enjoy a variety of project and retained work from custom builds to migrations utilising your technical know-how of Shopify to manage all stakeholders, asking the right questions and deliver success.
As my client continues to grow, the right fit will be someone who can hit the ground running with the desire to move into a more senior role with the unwavering support of the team and management, who enjoy a 95% staff retention rate and 100% employee happiness scores which is a culmination of training and development opportunities, working with autonomy and flexibility, and a strong promote from within policy.
Day to day you’ll love helping both established and up-and-coming D2C brands achieve fast growth, predominantly in the fashion, retail, and luxury brand sectors.

What experience you’ll need

• A track record of delivering Shopify website development projects, ideally within an agency environment.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar.
• A passion for eCommerce and website development, up to date with the latest trends, tool and systems within the sector.
• You’ll be a confident communicator, with a hands-on approach to problem solving and ensuring that things keep running smoothly.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You will be ambitious and driven, with a desire to learn new skills, perform and progress in an agency that’s really going places!
• An ability to keep all stakeholders informed along the way, obtaining buy-in and sign off for briefs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
• Comfortable working remotely long term, with occasional team/client meet-ups (all paid for of course).
