We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager to lead the charge in turning marketing data into actionable insights. This is a senior role where you’ll work closely with leadership to shape campaigns and long-term strategy. If you love combining data and marketing analytics with storytelling, this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll design and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs, ROI, and business objectives. You’ll monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide clear recommendations that influence future strategies.
You’ll lead competitor benchmarking and market intelligence projects, using advanced analytics techniques like marketing-mix modelling, econometrics, and A/B testing to quantify impact. You’ll use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more daily, to give perspective to marketing data.
You’ll work with Marketing, Digital Delivery, Product, Finance, and external partners to ensure insights drive decision-making. You’ll also present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that inform leadership and shape business growth.
