We are looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to join an exciting SEO agency in the Bath area, you’ll be a key player driving organic growth through leading strategies, and join a team of SEO specialists, working collaboratively across website, content optimisation, keyword search, using insights to improve website performance. This role will be super varied as this agency works with a host of clients across FMCG, eCommerce, Financial Services, and Pharma sectors. Working closely with the Head of SEO, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members too! If you’re a Technical SEO Executive, Manager or similar, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implementing on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimisation, and metadata management.
  • Monitoring website health and performance using industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing software.
  • Performing in-depth keyword analysis and competitive research to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Implementing structured data markup to enhance website visibility and drive more traffic from search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Optimising website speed and performance to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and developments in SEO and search engine algorithms, and implementing strategies to adapt to changes effectively.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven analysis and SEO best practices.

Experience You’ll Need

  • Proven track record of success in technical SEO, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
