March is B Corp Month!

This month, we are celebrating and championing what it is that makes some of the local B Corps a “B Corp”. The 2021 theme is “Better Business”.

Being a ‘better business’ means prioritising constant improvement to continuously exceed the expectations, demands and needs of society and the planet.

B Corps are examples of ‘better businesses’, proven by their verified B Corp score and their commitment to placing stakeholders at the centre of their decisions.

Each week will focus on and feature a specific area within the B Corp Assessment sections to share perspectives about Why It Matters, unique journeys and stories.

WORKERS – What does it mean to be a better employer?
CUSTOMERS – What does it mean to be a better steward to customers?
ENVIRONMENT – What does it mean to be a better steward of the planet?
COMMUNITY – What does it mean to be a better guardian to communities?
GOVERNANCE – What does it mean to be a better business?
