What does being a part of a B Corp mean to you?

Being B Corp and working for a B Corp means I can be proud of the overall impact ADLIB is having on out local communities and the wilder world. We get to partner and support some companies making amazing advancements in tech, diversity, cell made meat, carbon capture, mental health care and many other spaces which are making a positive difference.

Is there a cause or issue that you are passionate about, and if so, why?

Within the science sector I am particularly passionate about neurodegeneration research, as well and immuno-oncology. I feel like these areas have huge potential therapeutic effect for vast numbers of patients and there are some super cool start-ups working in this space in the UK currently.

Jazz holds an upper second class honours in Biomedical science from Cardiff University and has worked for Pfizer and Rosemont pharmaceuticals. Jasmine’s passions lie within Drug Discovery, Drug Development, Diagnostics and Medical Devices and as well as healthcare and healthtech.

Jazz provides recruitment expertise across the UK, working with Neuroscientists, Bioinformaticians, Protein Scientists, Cell Biologists, Senior Research Scientists, Laboratory Managers, Biomedical Scientists, Product Development Scientists, Scientific Project Managers, Biomedical Engineers, Medical Device Engineers, Asset Leads and Business Development Scientists, Senior and Executive appointments.
