Niche Expertise

We focus on placing candidates across discovery, preclinical development, clinical development (phase 1-3) to manufacture.

TRC Therapeutics

T cell receptors (TCRs) and T-cell therapies are being harnessed to develop innovative cancer therapies. TCRs are proteins found on the surface of T cells which enable them to recognize specific antigens including those on cancer cells so play a vital role in eliminating them.

Pharmacology

Pharmacology involves the study of drugs including how they are absorbed in the body (pharmacokinetics), how they effect the body (pharmacodynamics) as well as their toxicology, pharmacogenomics and their origin. This helps with the discovery of potential new drug targets through the design and synthesis of new compounds.

Antibody Discovery

Antibody Discovery helps to identify and develop antibodies which can bind to target molecules such as proteins, pathogens and cells. Antibodies are produced by the immune system in response to antigens and play a crucial role in the immune response. The engineering of antibodies leads to the development in therapeutic antibodies used to treat cancer, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and inflammatory conditions.

Bispecific Antibodies

Bispecific Antibodies are a class of engineered antibodies designed to simultaneously target two different antigens or molecules. They are created by fusing together two different monoclonal antibodies or antibody fragments. This dual targeting enables allows for advancement of therapeutic strategies, such as directing immune cells to tumours, blocking multiple pathways involved in disease progression, or enhancing specificity by targeting two epitopes on the same molecule.

Gene Therapy

Gene Therapy treats and prevents diseases by modifying or manipulating the genetic material of cells to replace, augment or suppress dysfunctional genes to help restore normal cellular function. Gene therapy is used to treat a wide range of genetic disorders as well as cancer and viral infections.

Immunotherapy

Immunotherapy is a type of cancer treatment which utilizes the body’s own immune system to destroy cancer cells. This is done by enhancing or modulating the immune response to better recognize and attack cancer cells.

Biomarkers

Biomarkers are measurable indicators that can be used to evaluate biological processes, disease states, or responses to therapeutic interventions. They play a crucial role in various aspects of medicine, including disease diagnosis, prognosis, prediction of treatment response, and monitoring of disease progression.

Medical Devices

Medical Devices are instruments, machines, implants, or other apparatuses used to diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat medical conditions. These help healthcare providers to deliver more accurate diagnoses, perform minimally invasive procedures, and improve patient outcomes.
