We are looking for a Product Manager to create and manage innovative eCommerce and payments solutions. You will work alongside designers, engineers, and project managers to turn ideas into practical, user-focused products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, shaping solutions, and seeing measurable results.

What you’ll be doing
As a Product Manager, you will guide product discovery and definition. You will gather insights from clients and users, analyse workflows, and translate findings into actionable requirements and user stories.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and deliver excellent user experiences. You will work closely with development, design, and QA teams to integrate functionality and quality seamlessly.

Prototyping and testing will be central to your work. You will iterate ideas, gather feedback, and refine solutions to address complex challenges in eCommerce and payments. Your contributions will directly influence conversion, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce, payments, or digital products.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Adobe Commerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Understanding of payment workflows, PSP integrations, and compliance requirements (SCA/3DS).
  • Experience defining user stories, requirements, and prioritising backlogs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, QA, and project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops and contributing to product strategy is advantageous.
