We’re looking for a Paid Search Executive for a well-known, disruptive, B2C brand at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a newly created role and will join a talented team with an highly experienced Paid Search Manager as their mentor.
This is an exceptional opportunity to manage Paid Search campaigns with substantial budgets of over £10,000 per month.
What you’ll be doing
- As Paid Search Executive, you’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns, working closely with the wider Performance team to drive performance and meet ambitious business objectives.
- Assist in developing and executing paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing campaigns that drive meaningful customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI, using data insights to continuously improve results and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and run A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates across all search activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure paid search efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights, communicating campaign results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to campaign management.
Experience you’ll need
- For this role, we are looking for someone with a around 1-3 years of experience in Paid Search specifically.
- Ideally, you will have worked within a larger Paid Search team or agency environment and have experience supporting campaigns with budgets of £100,000 or more.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns end to end is essential.
- The ideal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership of their work while seeking guidance and feedback from more senior team members.
- We’re looking for a Paid Search Executive who is committed to continuing speclialising in Paid Search as opposed to other channels – there will lots of investment into continuing developing their career in Paid Search.
