Delivery Manager role within a growing Digital Agency working across charity campaigns.

Salary between £40,000 - £50,000.

Hybrid Bath office with no set days in.

Are you a talented and experienced Delivery Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Delivery Manager to join the team and play a vital role in managing projects of varying size and complexity. This role is due to a series of new business wins so you are joining the company at a time of exciting growth!
 
This is a dynamic and innovative agency known for its excellence in delivering integrated marketing solutions. They deliver solutions and campaigns for some of the biggest Charity brands across the world and have a purpose-led approach to marketing.
 
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, collaborating with Client Services and Product Owners to ensure project success.
 
 
What you’ll be doing…
 
Project Delivery runs end to end and you will be collaborating closely with colleagues across the Client Team to establish clear project objectives, KPIs, and accurate time and budget tracking. You will identify project risks and escalate these appropriately as well as work with the wider team to address challenges and find innovative solutions. This role is client facing and you will be the bridge between agency and client, leading them through the project and providing project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
 
Day to day you will handle tasks such as SOW writing, estimation, dependency management, reporting, burndown charts, and resource management. You will be joining an established team of Project Managers and will be a part of the positive team environment, encouraging team and individual improvement.
 
What experience you’ll need…

  • Previous experience working with data or CRM activity is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean working practices.
  • Solid understanding of digital production processes.
  • Previous experience in a client-focused delivery role, such as a Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, Producer or Digital Project Manager – preferably within an integrated marketing agency.
