We’re hiring a Senior User Experience Designer to join a world-class design consultancy for a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll lead experience design projects across healthcare and consumer sectors, creating meaningful solutions that improve lives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape design strategy and craft experiences that blend physical and digital touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing

As Senior UX Designer, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand user needs, define experience strategies, and design solutions that are intuitive, inclusive and impactful.

You will be comfortable analysing insights and translating them into compelling user journeys. You’ll facilitate workshops, participate in user research, and prototype ideas that span digital interfaces, physical products and service systems.

This role will involve collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers and strategists to ensure experiences are cohesive and grounded in real-world contexts.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience in user experience or digital product design.
  • Background in user interface design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking.
  • Skilled in user research, journey mapping and prototyping.
  • Comfortable designing across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as confidence presenting design concepts and championing UX.
  • Ability to lead workshops and present ideas clearly.
