This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver high-quality work that drives results.

What you’ll be doing

As Web Designer, you’ll be the go-to person for all things Webflow. You’ll build and optimise pages using clean class structures and best practice, translating designs from Figma into responsive, accessible layouts.

You’ll configure CMS collections, implement animations and interactions using native tools and GSAP, and ensure the site meets performance, SEO and accessibility standards. You’ll also support the wider team by creating digital assets such as banners and email headers.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital and the rest of the growing digital team, contributing to building an in-house capability. Your initial focus will be on delivery and optimisation, with opportunities to enhance design and functionality as the site evolves.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Demonstrable Webflow experience with a strong, current portfolio.
  • Proficient in Webflow Designer, CMS and Interactions.
  • Skilled in translating Figma designs into functional Webflow pages.
  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience applying UX/UI principles and accessibility guidelines.
  • Organised and able to manage your own workflow.
  • Experience with GSAP and Finsweet Attributes is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Webflow plugins, GA4 and SEO tools is desirable.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level sites or in regulated industries is a plus.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

This role offers hybrid working with a central Bath office, 25 days holiday, and access to a flexible benefits scheme. You’ll be joining a friendly, social team with a strong culture and a genuine passion for the work they do. There’s plenty of opportunity to grow, develop and make a real impact in a business that values innovation and collaboration.
