Mums in Tech by MotherBoard – Interview Collection

Building a career in tech shouldn’t mean choosing between career progression and family. In reality, though, many mums find themselves navigating a more complex balance, shaped by shifting priorities, expectations and working environments.

MotherBoard’s ‘Mums in Tech‘ interview series exists to share the lived experiences of mums working across the technology sector. Powered by ADLIB, the series brings together conversations with people working in a wide range of roles, from product and engineering to data, delivery and leadership. The conversations are drawn from real experience, covering both the opportunities and the challenges that come with balancing career and parenthood.

They get into what really helps women stay, grow and progress in tech, and where there’s still work to do to make careers more sustainable over time.
