In your opinion, what is “what working at ADLIB” all about?

Lots of things! ADLIB is all about being part of a super dynamic, experienced and innovative team, we work with so many awesome purpose-led, sustainable and B Corp brands and as an employee-owned business, we’re all striving towards the same goal and we’re passionate about what we do. Besides this, we’re all about having fun and not taking each other too seriously!

What does being a part of a B Corp mean to you?

For me, being part of a B Corp means truly being part of a community of like-minded businesses and individuals who are all working towards the same goal, using business as a force for good and positively impacting workers, communities, customers and our planet. Being a B Corp is much more than a one-time certification, we are always learning from other B Corp and purpose-driven brands and finding new ways to improve our approach to balancing profit and purpose. There are so many opportunities to really make a difference both inside and outside of our day-to-day roles!

What are you grateful for?

So much, but mainly my family and friends. I am super lucky to have a fantastic bunch of people who are there through thick and thin, and I can’t thank them enough. Other than that, I am grateful to live in an area with so much beautiful nature, and I try to spend as much time as possible enjoying that.
