This is a great opportunity to join a lovely Client of ours, an established charity with offices in Bath. The successful postholder will be responsible for day to day coordination of their press office and delivery of media work. This vacancy will be a great match for candidates who already gained some experience as a PR Executive, PR Officer, PR Account Executive, Press Officer or any other similar public relations/ media relations function with exposure to press office coordination.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Media and Communications Manager and they will work as a part of a medium size marketing team. The main area of responsibility for this job will be day to day coordination of a press office, responding to incoming media enquiries promptly and effectively. Other tasks will include media monitoring, writing press releases and other relevant content and managing the case study database. The postholder will also work alongside the Manager and will contribute to proactive forward planning for media activity.

What experience you’ll need to apply

● Previous experience in a similar role with exposure working in a press office environment,
● Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
● Charity experience is beneficial.
● Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management.

A salary of £28-31.5k + benefits are on offer. This Client also offers mainly remote working model.
