This Senior Paid Media Manager role is an opportunity to take ownership of paid media strategy and delivery within a growing digital marketing agency. You’ll work with a varied client list across multiple sectors, managing campaigns that drive measurable results. As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll create, manage, and optimise paid media activity while collaborating closely with specialists across the agency. This is a hands-on role with space to influence how paid media is planned, executed, and improved. The Senior Paid Media Manager will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, supporting both clients and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll own budgets, performance reporting, and optimisation. You’ll translate client objectives into clear media strategies and actionable plans. You’ll test audiences, formats, and messaging to improve outcomes. You’ll review results regularly and share insights that guide next steps. You’ll work closely with account and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered smoothly. You’ll also support the development of best practice across paid media, helping to raise standards and consistency.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Linkedin etc).
  • Experience working with varied clients, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimisation techniques.
  • Confidence managing budgets and delivering against agreed objectives.
  • Ability to explain performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with some time each week in the North Devon office.
