A long-standing client of mine are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and deliver enterprise level eCommerce development projects with impressive clients.

You will be joining one of the best eCommerce agencies in the UK, who have continuously won awards for their work since their inception. What does this mean for you? Well as Senior Project Manager, you’ll be working closely with happy and talented colleagues from other Account & Project Managers to Developers, Designers and all the usual suspects in a thriving agency, to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget, and scope without compromising on quality. What’s more, as a senior member of the agency you’ll have influence across the board from ways of working and processes to hiring plans and supporting more junior team members to succeed.
You’ll be leading by example utilising years of experience in project management, eCommerce and web technologies, and operating in an agile digital agency culture to achieve your personal and team goals with unwavering support from the Chief Delivery Officer and MD.
The right person will have a knack of pulling the team together and facilitating the needs of their colleagues and clients alike, whilst creating a self-managing culture with a calm and confident persona. This can be achieved through training and support, implementing best practice, and working together to achieve success.

What experience you’ll need

  • Previous experience as Project Manager or similar with hands on experience of complex development projects.
  • Experience in an agency, software house, or similar.
  • Interest and experience in eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, Salesforce is very desirable.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You will be ambitious and driven, and a passionate about a career within a great digital agency who continue to grow.
  • As a communicative and confident stakeholder manager, you’ll utilise your previous experience to keep everyone informed along the way, obtaining buy-in and sign off for briefs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
  • You will be passionate about the digital world and understand the full development lifecycle.
  • Naturally you’ll be extremely organised, ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget and everything runs like clockwork.
  • Eager to be part of a friendly and sociable team, working in one of the UK offices, or remotely in the UK.
