    Online Trading Manager

This new role has come about from the continued fast growth of an established eCommerce offering. The Online / eCommerce Trading Manager will be coming in to lead trading best practice across the key eCommerce sites, and also manage a team of eCommerce Merchandisers to facilitate this success. What you’ll be doing It’s a hugely exciting time for the business with a recent award nomination for their fast-growth, contributing to the need for this new hire. Couple this with their awesome culture (breakout areas, soon to be revamped space with breakout areas, gym, showers) and it’s a great place to work with amazing commercial outcomes that will help you grow your career. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders (Head of eCommerce, Head of Online Trading & MD) to set the trading strategy based on the overarching goals of the business. Being a pureplay it’s great to have the buy in from senior staff, and the absence of red tape to implement change quickly. The day to day alongside strategy and direct management will include constant analysis of customer behaviour, utilising the analytical tools available to you. Working with the Head of Trading you’ll also spot opportunities for where future hires need to be made to ensure the continued success of the team. What experience you’ll need Online / eCommerce trading experience from a retail brand. Strong best practice trading principles and the ability to direct others based on these goals. Able to work at pace in a constantly changing environment – priorities can change quickly so you might come from a small / medium size business where this is the norm. Confident communicator at a range of levels from MD to Junior Executives. Line management experience isn’t a must but would be a distinct advantage. Highly analytical mindset to spot opportunities for future improvements to the customer journey. Excellent understanding of promotions and how to drive these for best sellers / slow movers. We are looking for an integrated Senior Designer to join an award winning organisation in North Dorset. With a studio set in a breath-taking location that’s commutable from Bath and Bournemouth, this is a chance to come on board with one of the most exciting organisations in the area. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Creative Head, and working closely with Artwork and Project Managers, you’ll be delivering creative from concepts all the way through to production on solutions across all customer facing channels to an exceptional standard. As the organisation looks to bridge the gap between their online and offline offering you’ll be working in a multidisciplinary design role across POS, packaging and digital assets such as web banners, landing pages and social media assets. As an ideas-led creative, you’ll tell the brands story by translating their visual identity across integrated channels, and will help lead the design team to execute your concepts to the finest standard. That said, you’re a natural when it comes to leading on projects, scheduling workflow, and building relationships. No two days will be the same, as you will collaborate with the Head of Creative when required, which will often involve the Art Direction and organisation of regular photoshoots to produce product imagery, so ideally you’re familiar with a similar environment! What experience you’ll need to apply At least a few years’ integrated design experience in a commercial context. A portfolio full of examples of print and digital design work, including Packaging. Ideas led, and able to talk through your conceptual process. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). A natural project manager, with prior experience leading on projects. Confident guiding junior members of a creative team. Experience using After Effects a bonus. This agency are well-established but are growing fast off the back of some exciting account wins and existing account growth. SEO is a core part of their offering and they are looking for someone to head up this function with a mix of management, strategic input, hands-on work and getting involved in new business. A role with great variety and a brilliant culture, set on the beautiful South Coast! What youll be doing Reporting into the Digital Marketing Director and managing 1 other executive in the team, your role will be split between line management (tied in with hands-on work), strategy, new business pitches and growing the SEO team with future hires. With an enviable client list, this is a great role for an established SEO professional to take a step up and drive the broader strategic / team leadership elements they may not have exposure to. Youll mentor an SEO Manager and SEO Executive in all things biddable media, also educating them on best practice and planning their time based on the strategic goals of the team and business. Given the fantastic base of clients this agency boasts, building close relationships with your contacts there will be key. This will allow you to handle difficult situations, and also more clearly understand their requirements. As this is a full service agency it will also help you offer assistance in other areas and grow each account. Back to the detail on SEO - your team will deliver a combination of content & technical solutions, so youll need to comfortable managing both if these areas. This will involve keyword research, on-page optimisation (including meta-data and content optimisation) and link-building (positive and negative effects). Localised SEO campaigns will also be key to a number of clients, so experience in this area will be very helpful. What experience youll need Strong experience in an SEO role, either agency or client side (agency experience would be great). Able to work autonomously on SEO campaigns, from setting overall strategy to driving implementation. Team leadership skills to mentor and develop your team. Strong organisation and time management skills. Well-versed in SEO management tools, such as SE Cockpit, SEM Rush, Searchmetrics, Majestic, Copyscape and Moz. Understanding of the wider spectrum of digital marketing to help develop client accounts. Exposure to new business pitches and winning accounts to grow the business.
