I’m looking for an impressive B2C eCommerce Manager to join two stunning brands and lead a team to success through delivering the best possible online experience. What you'll be doing This is truly an end-to-end role that will require a blend of strategic input and hands-on delivery across the full customer journey. Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence. A confident self-starter, able to work autonomously and within teams. The business has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years and are now looking to grow their Marketing team to include a Digital Marketing Executive that specialises in Paid Search & Paid Social.  What you’ll be doing The main purpose of your role will be to support the Digital Marketing Manager with the day-to-day campaign optimisation of all paid search activity. You will assist with strategy, planning and executing new campaigns alongside budget maintenance to meet business marketing KPI guidelines.  You’ll be expected to use Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics to implement and monitor all PPC activity and optimise accordingly, carry out keyword research and assess competitor activity to ensure you’re going above and beyond industry standards. Alongside all this, you’ll be given plenty of opportunity to develop and widen your skillset, so you can actively assist in decision making on marketing activity.  What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience within a digital marketing role  Excel skills are essential, as well as ability to navigate Google Analytics.  Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.  Well organised and able to prioritise workload with an analytical, commercial approach. Self-motivated as well as team player and full of initiative. Ability to interrogate data and to summarise findings. It’s a great opportunity for a Senior Engineer looking to progress their career further with potential to move into a leadership role later down the line.  What experience you’ll need High level of C# development capability.  Proven experience or interest in Windows desktop programming using WPF. Agile experience including Scrum, Unit Testing, TDD. TFS knowledge would be beneficial. Previous leadership/mentoring experience would be advantageous.  Ability to pick up new languages. Any experience object orientated languages i.e. Java, Python or Ruby would be useful. What you’ll be doing Working within the software team you will design well-structured and documented software applications using agile methods to ensure the design follows laid down codes of practice, software procedures and project life cycle methodologies following TickIT Plus standards. It’ll be expected you communicate well within your team being part of sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives etc. and to guide more junior developers whilst you do this. You will take on the role of Senior Engineer and provide guidance and design direction as appropriate depending on the size of the project whilst solving product problems with wider engineering teams. You’ll also acquire, maintain and disseminate knowledge of a new software innovations and their potential application. It’s important you establish strong relationships internally and externally to benefit your role to its full potential. A tech company whose products are used by scientists and engineers from a range of industries and organisations around the World are looking to expand their testing team in Malvern. They are looking for a couple of dedicated & driven Test Engineers who are keen on learning automation best practices.  What experience you’ll need Proven experience in manual testing. Exposure to automation test principles would be beneficial. Experience of Windows desktop applications would be preferable but training is provided. Any programming experience in C#, VB, C++ or any OO language would be advantageous. ISTQB is desirable. Ability to work closely with developers and engineering specialists. You will have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment. What you’ll be doing As a member of a multi-disciplinary team you will contribute to the testing and documentation of software programs as part of the development of the company’s range of products. You will provide the software and embedded software test specifications, test cases and test automation suites necessary to provide robust and reliable software. You’ll be working within the software team (projects are usually 2-3 developers and 1 tester) using agile methods, participating in sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Estimate tasks, write test schedules, write and execute story tests. You will also automate new functional test cases and run automated regression tests. You’ll be contributing to software testing standards and policies under the direction of the lead test engineer and dev manager. Over time you will gain a lot of knowledge, you must be committed to the sprint most of the time but you will have the opportunity to learn automation and pick up some great new skills.
